How do I place an order?
Add items to your cart, checkout with your delivery details, then tap the WhatsApp button to send your payment screenshot. We confirm your order once payment is verified.
What information do I need to provide?
Name, phone number, full delivery address (area, city, state and PIN code) — all are required at checkout.
How can I pay?
Payment is done via UPI / bank transfer. After placing the order you'll get an order number and payment code — send the payment screenshot with this code on WhatsApp.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Please message us on WhatsApp to check COD availability for your pin code.
How much is shipping?
Free on orders above ₹999; a flat ₹49 applies to orders of ₹999 or less. (See Shipping Policy.)
How long does delivery take?
Usually 3–7 working days after order confirmation, depending on your location.
How do I track my order?
Enter your order number on the Track Order page.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes — raise a request within 7 days of delivery. See our Return Policy for full details.
I received a wrong or damaged item, what do I do?
Message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours with a photo/video and we'll fix it with a replacement or refund.
Which size should I order?
Check our Size Guide. If you're between sizes, choose the larger one. You can also message your measurements on WhatsApp.
