1. Orders & Payment

All orders are confirmed only after payment is received via WhatsApp / UPI and verified by us.
An order number and payment code are generated when you place an order — please share the payment screenshot along with this code on WhatsApp to confirm.
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change without notice. The price shown at checkout applies to your order.

2. Product Information

We take care to describe products accurately. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and photography lighting.
Stock availability is updated regularly; if an item is unavailable after ordering, we will contact you with alternatives or a full refund.

3. Shipping

Shipping is free on orders above ₹999; otherwise a flat ₹49 applies.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; delays by courier partners are outside our control.

4. Returns & Refunds

Please review our Return Policy for returns, exchanges and refunds.
Return requests must be raised within the time frame stated in the Return Policy.

5. Accuracy & Responsibility

Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct. Re-delivery due to incorrect details may incur charges.
We are not responsible for orders lost due to wrong or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
